During the months of November and December 2022, we listed our home with John Clark, a man with a proven track record in real estate in the Guelph area and an honest and trustworthy guy. This was a worst case scenario time to list and we took full responsibility for that. It was a very difficult time for agents. With interest rates skyrocketing and media doom and gloom reports about economy crashing, sales slowed to a near stop in our region. Throughout this period John and his team were unwavering. Their professionalism and encouragement were exemplary. We sold our home and moved to BC successfully in January.
